GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
Blake Equipment is looking for a CNC Operator who is proficient with a CNC lathe and other machining equipment. They will be responsible for ensuring the CNC lathe is maintained and well casement pipe threading is being produced in a timely manner to meet customer demands. In addition, they will repair and replace components on the CNC, Band Saw, and other machines on location. CNC Operator also responsible for cutting/threading pipe maybe asked to cut pipe using a band saw to cut pipe to lengths specified by customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain cleanliness of warehouse and machinery
Pull parts for orders following S.O.P. (Standard Operating Procedures)
Learn procedures of running CNC lathe threading
Cutting and processing of well casement pipe
Able to learn/operate front end loader
Use forklift/pallet jacks to move materials, parts, finished product or load/unload trucks
Conduct preventive maintenance before operating machinery
Lift 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout an eight-hour workday
Stand and work for extended periods of time during work hours
Machine pipe to specifications according to work orders, keeping within branch Q.C. requirements
Responsible for maintaining and using precision measuring tools in accordance to shop requirements
Interact with customers with a professional attitude
Use band saw/skill saw to create finished product.
Hours are Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 5:00 pm with seasonal overtime daily and on weekends

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain a clean, safe and efficient warehouse by ensuring stock is handled and is positioned in an organized manner
Prepare shipments, including pulling stock and preparation of orders for delivery
Receive incoming shipments; including inspecting for damages and auditing for accuracy
Put stock away in proper location after it has been received in the ERP system
Assist in loading and unloading of trucks
Assist with the maintenance of inventory control and cycle counts
Make customer deliveries and customer service as needed
Performs other related duties as needed
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Must have and maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
No record of citation or conviction of any DUI / DWI within the previous 5 years
Must pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination and functional screen
Must consent to a pre-employment drug and alcohol screen

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
Assist all branches with moves, closures, merges, and remodels. Ensures that when all branch projects are completed, they are operating in the safest manner possible, with the safest equipment. Identify any and all safety issues when visiting a branch.

Create budgets for all projects
Work with Regionals and Branch Managers to create budgets for upcoming projects
Set up pallet racking and move product
Must be able to operate a Forklift

Uses Forklifts of all sizes and other equipment, Forklift certifications for Class 1,3,4,5 & 7 preferred
While performing the functions of this job, the employee would be working/standing/walking on concrete for extended periods, frequently lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds and occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 75 pounds

Qualifications

Job Details
Load and unload trucks and/or trailers. Properly secure loads in accordance with state/federal regulation and common safety practices
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly
Assist in other duties at the branch, including warehouse and yard inventory responsibilities
Inspect and maintain vehicle supplies and equipment, such as gas, oil, water, tires, lights, or brakes, to ensure that vehicles are in proper working condition
Verify the contents of inventory loads against shipping papers
Submit receipts and money received from deliveries
Follow DOT regulations and safety standards
Report delays, accidents, or other traffic and transportation situations to base or other vehicles
Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions, etc.)
Maintains company gas card, vehicle registration, and proof of insurance; also, responsible for ensuring Driver License and Medical Certificate are current and on person at all times while driving a company vehicle

As applicable manages the order process in a professional manner

Assists customers and other sales professionals with pricing requests
Provides accurate information for documenting customer orders
Applies advanced level product knowledge to assist customers
Accurately processes payments for purchases
Processes returns to include completing appropriate paperwork, exchanging merchandise and generating credit receipts as needed
Greets incoming customers in a professional and timely manner.
Answers incoming sales calls via telephone, written inquiries, and facsimile requests
Understands and supports established sales policies and procedures to provide proper and effective treatment to customers

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
Direct all warehouse and sales activities within the Branch; purchasing and distribution as dictated by company policy while meeting market demands and deploying tactics to overcome competitors’ initiatives. Planning and executing on sales and expense budgets. Establishing and maintaining the distribution of all products while also developing sales and maximizing profits of the Branch territory. Ensure that all employees adhere to company practices and policies and function within the rules and regulations of government agencies and regulatory bodies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise all positions within the branch to ensure that assigned tasks are accomplished and that all policies and procedures are adhered to
Provide products and services, based on customer needs, through inside and outside sales functions
Determine staff requirements; execute through interviewing, hiring and training of new employees
Supports sales representatives utilizing company policy, product knowledge, procedures, and future opportunities
Implement product marketing strategies and sales promotions
Manage key accounts and visit monthly
Work with the Branch sales team in developing and maintaining an active prospect list
Maintain inventory control and cycle counts; working closely with the Purchasing Department and adhering to the guidelines set by the company
Direct and oversee purchasing of inventory
Supervise warranty claims processing to vendors monthly
Develop new markets and customers
Manage Branch Accounts Receivable
Work with vendors on pricing based on territory trends
Serve as floater for all positions within the Branch to accommodate scheduling needs
Develops and continually assesses the annual branch sales and expense budgets
Development and maintenance of monthly reports to include but not limited to; sales vs. forecast, competitive information within Branch territory, personnel challenges/successes, trend changes of competitors, customers, vendors and territory
Represents the company at local meetings and trade shows
Performs other related duties as needed
