Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, driven individual to manage our Santa Maria, CA Branch! This position requires a customer-focused, detail-oriented leader to continue building on our momentum. In this role you will be focused on primarily sales and operations management, specifically P&L management, short- and long-term strategic planning, inventory control, and extreme customer service. You will direct all warehouse and sales activities within the Branch and manage purchasing and distribution as dictated by company policy, while meeting market demands and deploying tactics to overcome competitors’ initiatives. You will plan and execute on sales and expense budgets, establish and maintain the distribution of all products while also developing sales and maximizing profits of the Branch territory.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervise all positions within the branch to ensure that assigned tasks are accomplished and that all policies and procedures are adhered to
• Provide products and services, based on customer needs, through inside and outside sales functions
• Determine staff requirements; execute through interviewing, hiring and training of new employees

The Role
